About print quality
We use the DTG method for our prints.
DTG printing means the ink is sprayed directly onto the fabric and worked into it, resulting in soft and long-lasting prints with no paper-like feel.
Preparation and shipping process
We carefully prepare all products and deliver them to cargo within 2-5 business days. Depending on your city, delivery times vary between 1-2 business days.
Transactions are not carried out on public holidays and weekends.
Our return process
You can return all products free of charge within 30 (thirty) days.
Your refund process will be initiated once the returned product reaches us.
The time it takes for the refund amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank, and is estimated to be completed within 1-5 business days.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, the prices of all products on our site include VAT.
How do I update my order address?
If you want to update your address on the day you place your order, you can contact us.
If you want to change your address within the days after placing your order, you can contact the cargo company using your tracking number, which will be sent to you by e-mail.
I chose the wrong color / size, what should I do?
You can update it by contacting us on the same day.
What is the reason for the missing product?
Products with different production locations are sent as 2 separate cargoes.
If you think there is a missing product in your order, do not worry, the remaining products will be sent with a separate cargo.
This situation, although rare, is valid for some different categories.
Order cancellation
All our products have a personalized printing process.
If your order is not produced, you can contact us and cancel it from the system. Products whose production has been completed cannot be cancelled.
You can return the product when it reaches you.
