Return Policy Pre-information
- You can return all products for free within 30 (thirty) days.
- There are no exchanges due to stock differences and products custom-made for orders.
- You can request a return shipping code by contacting us via email at "shop@songsandthespirits.com" or through the form on our website.
- Once the product reaches us and is in resalable condition, your return process will begin.
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:

If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws, regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.

Shipping costs, which are product shipment expenses, will be paid by the buyers.

Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers can terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date they learn of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the Buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been unlawfully used by unauthorized persons, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

If unforeseeable force majeure events occur that prevent the Seller from delivering the product on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, exchange of the product for a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the product is not produced, the order will be canceled; otherwise, the Buyer has the right to return the product upon delivery. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, this amount will be paid back in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving delivery; damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc., shall not be received from the cargo company. The received goods/services shall be deemed undamaged and intact. THE BUYER is obliged to protect the goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason, provided that the BUYER notifies the SELLER through the contact information below within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/entity at the address indicated.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the Buyer purchases a service, this 14-day period begins from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.

Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the BUYER.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER via registered mail, fax, or email within the 30 (thirty) day period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products Not Subject to Right of Withdrawal" provisions stipulated in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER (if the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Order returns issued for institutions will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is cut.)

The return form, the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:

The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER into debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to take back the goods within a 20-day period.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or product within the right of withdrawal period.

If the campaign limit amount falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited under the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS NOT SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Products prepared in accordance with the BUYER's request or explicit personal needs and not suitable for return, lower parts of underwear, swimwear and bikini bottoms, make-up products, disposable products, goods that are likely to deteriorate quickly or expire, products whose packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery and are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, products that get mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodic publications such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under subscription contracts, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and the return of audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, is not possible according to the Regulation. Furthermore, the exercise of the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period is not possible according to the Regulation.

For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused.
- All products are produced by authorized operators specifically for orders. Minor variations may occur during print preparation and do not meet the condition for the product to be categorized as "defective".
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
24. If the BUYER defaults on payment transactions made with a credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; it may demand the resulting expenses and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on their debt, the BUYER accepts that they will pay the loss and damage incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
